      No 13th month or bonus It states full time but once project finish you are force to resign. Don’t be fooled by the term full time employment.

      - Smooth and organized HR processes, things are processed at a timely manner - Assigned manager seems reasonable, can communicate concerns openly

      Cons

      - Depends on luck, may work on less interesting projects - Lack of growth opportunities - No cross sharing of knowledge between consultants, you are pretty much working in silo at client's place all the time
