*Farewell to One of Our Long-Serving Employee, Jayne Lim* A few weeks ago, we said goodbye to our Senior Operations Manager, Jayne Lim Shiau Zia. Jayne joined Declarators in April 2020 and holds the unique distinction of being the first team member to come on board during the COVID-19 period, coinciding with Singapore’s Circuit Breaker measures. Over the past six years, Jayne has grown alongside the company, earning five well-deserved promotions—from Operations Executive to Senior Operations Manager—ultimately leading a team of 10 in our Airfreight team. Her outstanding performance and unwavering commitment to excellence were recognised when she was named Runner-Up for the Declarators Deployee of the Year 2021 award, reflecting her strong work ethic and significant contributions to the organisation. Through her dedication, leadership, and positive influence, Jayne has left a lasting legacy at Declarators. In recognition of her remarkable contributions, she becomes the tenth member to be inducted into our Hall of Fame, a prestigious honour reserved for individuals who have played an exceptional role in shaping our culture and success. ** Farewell Luncheon in Honour of Elaine Phua ** On 15 May 2026, we gathered to celebrate and bid farewell to our Assistant Operations Manager, Elaine Phua, affectionately known within the team as Yi Ling. Yi Ling began her journey with the Declarators HQ in July 2022. Over the course of four remarkable years, she demonstrated outstanding dedication, professionalism, and growth, steadily advancing through the ranks from Operations Executive to Assistant Operations Manager with an impressive four promotions along the way. In recognition of her dedication and achievements, she will be inducted as the ninth member of our Hall of Fame.
Today, we take the opportunity to celebrate and appreciate the wonderful mothers who inspire us each and every day. **Farewell Dinner for Jason Liew** On 5th May 2026, we bid farewell to our Night Team Assistant Operations Manager, Jason Liew Jason joined the Declarators Night Shift Team in September 2022, supporting our clients at Changi Airfreight Centre. Working the night shift is no small feat. It demands immense discipline, resilience, and sacrifice, operating through long hours while most of the world rests, managing fatigue, and maintaining sharp focus in a fast-paced environment.
