Since then, she has grown steadily within the organisation, earning three promotions—from Operations Executive to Senior Operation Team Leader—reflecting her strong performance and contributions over the years. She was also recognised as the runner-up for Declarators HQ Best Employee of the Year 2025, a testament to her dedication and excellence. Her dedication, leadership, and positive influence have left a lasting impact on the team. In recognition of her achievements, Jia Min will be inducted as the seventh member of our Hall of Fame—an honour reserved for individuals who have played a significant role in shaping our company. Since then, he has progressed steadily through the organisation, achieving three promotions—from Operations Executive to Assistant Operations Manager—reflecting his growth and contributions over the years. His commitment, leadership, and positive influence have made a meaningful difference to the team. In recognition of his contributions during these 4+ years, Yu Wei will be inducted as the sixth member of our Hall of Fame, an honour reserved for those who have played a significant role in shaping our company. Congratulations to Zakee on his 5-Year Service Milestone 🎉 We are delighted to celebrate Zakee Bin Zulkifli, our Despatch Supervisor, on reaching his 5-year anniversary with Declarators Pte Ltd. This milestone also marks him as the 16th team member to achieve this recognition in our 12-year journey—a meaningful accomplishment, especially in today’s environment where long-term retention is increasingly rare. Zakee came on board in March 2021 during the COVID period, stepping in as our only despatch rider at a time when operations were significantly reduced and resources were stretched. From those challenging beginnings, he has grown into a key pillar of our operations. His extensive knowledge of Singapore’s routes, along with his strong network within the despatch community, has been invaluable to the company. Whether it’s urgent deliveries or handling larger handcarry shipments via car, Zakee consistently rises to the occasion—anytime, anywhere. As a core member of our On-Board Courier (OBC) team, Zakee has successfully completed over 20 international assignments across five continents, including Asia, Europe, Africa, and both North and South America 🌍✈️ We sincerely thank Zakee for his dedication, adaptability, and the positive impact he has made on our company’s growth and culture.
