**Important Milestone** We have been accredited with Data Protection Essentials (DPE) 101 as of November 2023. The certificate was presented to us by our cyber security partner Mr Matthias Yeo (Chief Operation Officer) and Mr Danial Aliffi (Cybersecurity Consultant) from Momentum Z. The Data Protection Essentials (DPE) programme, introduced by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) is a key initiative in promoting cyber security in Singapore and supports organizations in acquiring a basic level of data protection and security practices to protect their customers’ personal data and recover quickly in the event of a data breach. Interesting Facts: 1. Declarator’s first official employee is a women. 2. As current, we have 11 managerial positions, 8 of them are women. (72.73%) 3. Our 2 current longest tenure serving employees are women (8.5 years and above) 4. We have given out employee of the year award for 6 straight years. Out of five were won by women. (83.33%) 5. We have awarded 9 employees with 5 year long service award. Out of six were won by women (66%) Years ago, the logistics and customs brokerage industry used to be dominated by males.
