Congratulations to Jia Yin for achieving the 5 year Service Award! She is our 7th proud recipient of this award since joining us way back in Dec 2017. It is a remarkable achievement that we have awarded 7 recipients since our inception in 2014 and all our recipients are still with us! Jia Yin has previously also won the best employee of the year twice in a role for the year 2018 and 2019 and was subsequently promoted to a management role in 2020. In the year 2021, she was promoted once again to a senior management role overseeing the entire operations in our headquarters, making her our fastest employee to be promoted. (Four times in four years) She has held the fort extremely well during the Covid period whereby our organization was expanding rapidly while also facing manpower crunch.
