Our 2 current longest tenure serving employees are women (8.5 years and above) 4. We have given out employee of the year award for 6 straight years. Out of five were won by women. (83.33%) 5. We have awarded 9 employees with 5 year long service award. Out of six were won by women (66%) Years ago, the logistics and customs brokerage industry used to be dominated by males.
