Site Visitor Recognizes Sunstates Employee A church member at one of our Dallas sites expressed their gratitude to our team in a heartfelt letter. They commended the team for fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere and specifically acknowledged Site Supervisor Raad Caesar for his quick response to a situation outside the site that made the member feel uneasy. Site Supervisor Ashley Loch, in Batavia, OH, demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by assisting emergency responders during a medical emergency. Upon hearing a report of a man who had fallen and sustained head trauma, Ashley immediately communicated with the site contact and left the guard house to proceed to the scene. There, she provided support to the fire department and confirmed easy access for their vehicles. Her timely intervention ensured that emergency personnel could quickly reach the injured individual and transport them to the hospital. The client, the Cincinnati regional team, and Sunstates commended Ashley's swift and effective response to the emergency.
