      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Some benefits are good, some non-management colleagues are good

      Cons

Highly prefer fresh college grads who haven’t achieved anything and need years of hands on training, everyone else (other than management) gets no training or opportunities despite their 40% PROFIT MARGIN! They make $60 BILLION in annual profit! They even deduct thousands of dollars from your last paycheck for vacation used in advance (you don’t get vacation at beginning of year apparently) without that amount being authorized.
