Pros
alright pay and decent people
Cons
The company's got some serious issues, especially up top. The C-level seems out of their depth, leading to constant layoffs and restructurings. The lack of internal resources means teams are pulling all-nighters just to keep up with the workload.
Middle management isn't much help either. They're more focused on pleasing the higher-ups than actually knowing what they're doing. It creates a toxic vibe where speaking up is discouraged.
There's no real company culture to speak of. People are just tired and hanging on for an acquisition, hoping for some decent packages. C-level dropping like flies already.
It's clear that employees don't really matter here; it's all about being profitable, even if it comes at the cost of burning out the staff. Long-term sick leave due to burnout is evident across all departments. Customers are pretty upset too, adding to the overall sense of frustration within the company. You won't spot any happy folks around here.
