Does adidas offer parental leave?

Pros

Amazing benefits, gym, maternity leave policy. Wonderful culture with lots of love for the brand and belief in what adidas stands for.

Cons

Recent restructuring really ruined everything adidas had going. When I started as a Manager I had ownership and agency to make decisions, get things done, and really contribute to growing the business. I left because after about a year of things steadily going downhill I realized I would never again get to experience that. The company grew so big so fast and it became endless days of meetings, trying to get things approved, socializing, and ultimately failing to get anything done. Nothing is so demoralizing as feeling as though you are accomplishing nothing. The only way to be happy at adidas is to not really care about doing your best work.

Advice to Management

Give your employees the opportunity to be innovative and make decisions. What happened to "fail fast?" Try to disband a lot of the clique's and groups which keep hiring and promoting their friends.

Amazing benefits, gym, maternity leave policy.
