Interview
A recruiter contacted me via email and asked if I would like to shedule a phone interview with her. Before the phone interview, I had to fill out paperwork about myself and return it to her. I was very interested in the position and the company, so needless to say, I was excited.
The interview started off with basic questions (ie "can you legally work in the US?). Within 4 minutes the recruiter asked about my current salary. She told me how much the position was budgeted for and asked if I was willing to take a pay cut. I replied yes, and she fired back asking why (she actually told me she wouldn't take that big of pay cut herself). I explained how I was looking for a change and I was in the market for a new job, but my reponse was not well received. I was immediately taken aback and I knew within seconds this was not the company for me. She was rude and disrespectful, and I was eager to get off the phone with her.
I looked back at my phone to see how long the phone call was. 7 minutes, 44 seconds.

Interview
I received a call from
1. HR is very nice!
2 . Met with Hiring Manager, pleasant as well great conversation.
3. Hiring manager set up a final interview with the team members and again with them.
4. HR scheduled a 15 min rejection call.
I was so excited to become part of the team when I received the email from HR, and I just knew that this was it. I wish 2U the best in finding the perfect candidate. Thank you for your time! I wish I was the one.
Straightforward interview process, 3 interviews. The interview consisted of HR screen, Hiring Manager, and Panel. The process was very organizer, thorough and stress-free. I was given detailed information throughout the process and kept informed by the HR person.
