I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 2U (New York, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
Sent out the applicaion and receive the request for phone interview in the following week. Asked about several general questions at first and followed by specific career related questions. The questions are not hard, most of them are pretty common and require some prior research on the company. Nice employer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 2U (Cape Town) in Dec 2019
Interview
A very easy process. A friendly and comfortable environment that was conducted like a normal conversation.
They made it in such a way that you can speak your mind freely in order to understand more about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at 2U (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was first contacted to complete a one-way online interview, followed by a phone screen with an HR representative and then a one on one video interview with a manager. They have recently overhauled their interview process to be much more efficient, so my third interview was only two weeks after they first reached out. After that though, I did not hear back for another three weeks. Considering it was for a spring internship, it was definitely inconvenient to not hear back until halfway through winter break. Overall, it was a good interview experience. The first two interviews were just basic HR questions, while the third one was more in depth.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 2U (Lanham, MD) in May 2018
Interview
I had to do a recorded video interview screening, and then I had a scheduled video call with the manager. It was a pretty easy process and only took a few weeks.
