There were a couple rounds with the final round onsite in Richmond, Virginia. I thought there good communication from the company throughout the process and that the people were generally friendly.
The interview process consists of three rounds in total, with the final stage including three separate rounds. Both the initial round and the final round involve a mix of technical and non-technical questions. The technical portion focuses on your analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and how you approach unfamiliar or role-related challenges, while the non-technical portion is designed to assess your communication skills, professionalism, motivation, and overall fit for the team and company culture.
I applied online. I interviewed at 2nd Order Solutions in Oct 2025
Interview
The first round was a virtual case study, very similar to what you’d expect in a data science case question at a big tech company. The second round was like a consulting interview, with simple math and no need for any technical data science details.
