Interview process started with a Technical Round with an existing Solution Architect and a Practice Director. Questions asked were relevant, interesting and challenging. After the interview was done I was informed by the Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator that I had done well and was asked to visit the organization's headquarters. There I met the people who had interviewed me and met a few more team members. I had a follow up conversation with one more Sr. Solution Architect and then finally I met the CEO and President of the company who explained to me what would be my role and duties in the organization. The Interview process was streamlined and I felt comfortable throughout.
