I had written test and interview. Written test contained only questions from the subject (statistics). Interview also cintaned questions from the subject and the common questions like "introduce youself", "tell me about something which is not there in your resume" etc.

Round 1: computer based test. It contains Multiple choice questions related to the subject 'statistics'. At the end of the test, score will be visible. From that, they selected me for the next round. Round 2: Next day I attend direct interview.
