You first have to pass the assessment test, then comes the phone interview (if this process goes well you can usually ask which location you want to go too). After you'll get a call from the area recruiter who will do face to face interview with you at the store or you'll just go straight to an interview with the store manager. After passing, the original person who called you to do the phone interview will call you and tell you if you got the job. After hearing yes, do not i repeat do not put in your two week notice. It took me 3 months for them to get me into a training class with At&t.

Interview
Very straight forward. They called me into the store, had me sit down and talk about myself, my experiences, my sales background, why I want to work there. He then explained some of the history of the company (which I would recommend knowing about in advance), the culture and family balance atmosphere. He then explained compensation, hoe their commission works, plus the bonuses and incentives along the way.

Interview
I got an email asking a few questions. Then I was given an interview date. I interviewed with the regional hiring manager over the phone. He thought I;d be a good match, so he had me interview with the store managers. I feel like that went well too. Just waiting on a call back now.
