had to come and present my own results/store results to a panel of managers and area managers. needed to be able to speak to both successes and failures and how i would apply that to the location for which i was applying
4-5 steps that starts with a phone interview and turns to different in person interviews, they make sure they get talented positive people but also competitive. Your background check comes after as well
The interview consisted of two rounds, including a group session, with store/area managers. It was relaxed and focused on personality. Overall, it was enjoyable, providing a comfortable atmosphere for interaction and assessment.
