Interview
Asked a series of questions and gave tests to judge the quality and efficiency of work. The interview lasted about one hour and included allot of technical questions that could have been difficult for an artist who lacked technical skills. The test was an illustration test to see how much of an illustration could be completed in 15 minutes

A specific technical question was provided that was actually a trick question to see if I would make up an answer. It was the only one i could not answer.
went through 4 rounds of interviews with multiple people in an interview, with no warning for a contract role for 3 months. I was never told why I was not picked.
