Three interviews with HR, Hiring Manager and Director. Took a long time to land the interview, then even longer to actually get hired on. Took three months to get an interview response and four months to actually get the offer letter of employment. They don't move fast here.

They have changed the process to totally on-line. If you choose, after nominating for a position, you can view the application status throughout its journey. If you are deemed qualified, and get an interview, its great, otherwise, its very impersonal.

The interview process was handled very professionally and was a great selection on the company and its processes. The process let me know that ATT has a stringent process to vet potential employees and it made me less nervous about working there
