Interview
I was intially contacted by email by a company called C4Connections. I was asked to attend an interview on one of two days. I chose the first day, Monday, at 12:00. I showed up on that day at a small office with a meeting room. There was myself and about 10-14 others. I first went through the interview, then I stayed for the training they had afterwards intended for those who had already met with the "District" Manager. I was asked two show up later that week to shadow at least two people and make the decision final on wether I wanted to work for them or not.

What type of character do you have? What type of person are you? You have to be able to approach people the right way.
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.

Zoom interview - had a lot of questions about past sales experience. Sounds like they were mostly looking for someone who could sell a lot of products and how to convince people to update
