I was recommended by a family member. Interview was conducted by the hiring manager via a phone call. Chemistry was very good, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I was offered a job on the spot.

Took an accessment test. Then had a phone interview. Later did a background test. Not sure if this is the normal process

Interview
Very short initial phone interview asking basic questions. A few weeks later, I was called in for an in-person interview. It was held by 2 people. Fairly simple interview.
