      It was really fun and exciting to interviewcommunication skills in resolving product issues and consumer complaints through multiple channels by providing technical support troubleshooting hardware and software; (retrieving lost photos from cloud, updating phone, fixing stuck screen, teaching how to back up photos, use of apps and how to avoid extra data charges). • De-escalated problematic customer concerns, maintaining calm, empathizing with a friendly demeanor. • Helped train new employees on procedures and policies to maximize team performance to meet store quota. • Applied consultative approach to collect information on customer service, account. • Updated my knowledge of current promotions, exchange guidelines, payment policies and security practices to make sure the process for the customer was simplified by doing research online and team meetings.
