I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Acolad (Sibiu) in Oct 2025
Interview
Applied on September 22nd, had the interview and test nearly a month later. Everything went well, and the last message I received was about salary on October 19th. After that, complete silence. No update, no decision, no closure. The role was even posted again afterward. Very slow and unclear communication.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Acolad (Madrid) in Feb 2025
Interview
The hiring process with Acolad started off (Feb 2025) very positively — I had two great conversations where I felt engaged and motivated. However, my third interview was disappointing. She seemed unprepared, wasn’t clear about the role I applied for, and repeatedly suggested I was “overqualified” even though the position was advertised as mid/senior level and matched my expectations. This created confusion during the interview and didn’t align with the job description or earlier discussions.
A month later, I was contacted for a final interview with the hiring manager, but it was postponed just five minutes before it was scheduled to begin, without offering a new date or time. From that moment on, I never received any further communication — not even after I shared feedback about my negative experience at the end of the process. The lack of response, apology, or explanation left me feeling that my time and effort were not valued.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Acolad in Aug 2025
Interview
HR recruiter first reached out to me mid-July 2025. I applied and had the initial screening with HR mid-August. The process was then put on hold due to many people having summer holidays. I had 1 interview with a hiring manager at the end of August, then did not hear back from HR until 9/23 despite multiple follow-ups. I received a rejection email citing that they had gone with a candidate who was more qualified, but can see that they reposted the job with a target position close date of November 30,2025 instead of July 31, 2025 and that the position was posted for a smaller salary range than the original posting. It leads me to believe that the HR response was disingenuous and that they were not respectful of my time considering the whole process took nearly 3 months.
