Candidates have an initial screening interview via phone with a headhunter or recruiter. Next is a phone interview with the person the candidate will most likely report to. Finally, there is an on-site interview, where the candidate will meet 3-5 people, a combination of peers and leadership. Candidates are also required to write a short essay to prove writing skills
