I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Activar (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2016
Interview
This was a pleasant and informative phone pre-screening. It was nice to learn more about their manufacturing products, their marketing needs, and the future of this position. They have a strong business to business (B2B) focus with four divisions and a nicely diversified product offering. They have several warehouses in MN and are based in CA. I was offered further screening with the hiring manager, so the fields below won't apply yet.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Activar (Bloomington, MN)
Interview
Typical entry level job questions. Lots of situational. They just read a list of questions printed off some HR website. It was pretty easy and relaxed. They seemed very friendly. Got a tour of the office and introduction to the big wigs. However, the rest of the office was very quiet. Employees looked tired and sad.
