The interviewer should consider making his bed before he conducts a professional interview. The questions were very scripted and I learned nothing about the role in the first round. I didn't even learn about who I was talking to. Very unprofessional and sounded like a scam company looking to hire a bunch of ego driven people. I learned that onsite presence was required.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Actively AI in Feb 2026
Interview
The recruitment team ghosts after onsite :) - Don't think they are actively hiring for this role tbh. Half of the interviewers in my onsite were spaced out and didn't come prepared with really anything and spent half of the time figuring out what to ask me
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Actively AI (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
Intro talk with Founder, take home assessment (they suggest 4 hours, maybe a little longer), talk with Technical group head.
Sounds like their bottleneck is onboarding new clients. Each client has custom control flow/logic and so they want to figure out their internal processes to grow faster.
