I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (Irwin, PA) in Sept 2014
Interview
The interview was completely done over the phone as was all my tax forms such as my I-9, and I got asked a series of questions. Everything was done very fast and I got my drug testing and background check done quickly. I talked to different supervisors who talked about different parts of the job and what I would be doing, would train with someone a few days but then kind of be on my own. Gave me the number for customer support in case I needed help in case I couldn't reach my direct supervisor or had any kind of problems.
