From what I recall of the interview process, I was in a conference room with about 6 people from the company. There were also at least 2 individuals at another office that were connected via video conference. I was asked quite a few standard interview questions, that I had already prepared some sort of an answer to (ex. strengths, weaknesses, etc). What I enjoyed of the interview was the attempt from a few individuals to glimpse my personality. I can't say for sure, but I think it was equally as important for the interviewers to see that my personality would mesh with the rest of the company/department/staff. The job ended up having scenarios in which employees would need to travel together, drive long distances together, and interact outside of just the 8-5 time frame. So I am confident that several individuals wanted to ensure that not only I was capable of doing the job, but also that I was someone they could work with in those travel scenarios as well as day to day in the office.
