I applied via Linkedin, a couple of weeks later i received an email from the recruiter asking for an interview. The interview was scheduled at the new office in São Paulo which was empty. We were received by one guy who sent us to a small room. We were 6 people there. We were then introduced with the country manager who sat with us along with the firs guy. The interview started and we had to introduce ourselves. Then we were divided in teams of 3 to make a presentation of a controversial subject and defend our point of view. To test our argument skills. Then we made a 1 on 1 interview with the country manager to test our Spanish skills. After that the interview was over. It laster about 2 hours. After that about 1 week later i received a call from a Senior CS rep. The call was nice and she was trying to see how much i would like to work at Airbnb. A few days later i received an offer.
