Le processus etait comme suit :
Un interview par skype où il fallait parler de son experience précèdente et un coding challenge par trop difficile vu que c'est juste la premiere etape de selection.
Après ça, j'ai eu 5 interviews :
1 coding challenge.
1 coding challenge interactif avec l'intervieweur.
1 challenge de conception.
1 discussion où il fallait expliquer un projet précédent.
1 discussion avec un intervieweur non technique au cours de laquelle on m'a interrogé sur mon expérience ainsi que ma manière d'interagir avec les personnes de mon entourage.

Question 1
Given a dictionary, and a matrix of letters, find all the words in the matrix that are in the dictionary.
Pretty standard engineering interview. Recruiter call, technical interview, system design. They also had a code review interview that I had never seen before. I thought it was a little trickier than average, but not horrible. Sucks that if you don't move to the next round you can't reapply for a year.
