Interview
First a video interview by HR (20minutes) for background check, then another video interview by senior legal counsel (45mins), then three intensive rounds of interviews by the legal team, and then three cross-functional interviews for core values.
test and interview. There were questions about the work Airbnbs legal team is doing. What I like about their work and any other things airbnb should focus on. Researching Airbnb as a company is super important for the interview.

What kind of work is Airbnb involved in and what potential problems will it face?
Multiple rounds of interviews, everyone was very nice, felt as though they really wanted to get to know you. Interviewed by both people within the department and outside the department for overall culture fit.
