“Three rounds in total. After a short recruiter screen, I had two 45-minute technical coding interviews on Zoom/CoderPad (data structures, algorithms, edge cases, complexity) followed by one 45-minute cross-team values interview focused on collaboration, ownership, communication, and product sense. No heavy system design. All interviews were virtual, interviewers were friendly and left time for questions. The process took about two weeks from scheduling to decision.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airbnb in Nov 2019
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks after an online application. Had an online coding challenge using HackerRank, and heard back for two back-to-back technical interviews a week after the coding challenge. After three business days, the recruiter sent an email letting me know I was rejected. Overall, they're very approachable and nice, though the interview questions were a bit out of the ordinary in complexity.
