My experience interviewing with the recruiter was troubling. The interviewer asked me questions that seemed to require disclosing confidential information from my current company, which would violate my NDA. Secondly, I found the interviewer's demeanor to be argumentative and confrontational. They interrupted me several times throughout the conversation, which made it challenging to effectively communicate my skills and tell my story. Lastly, despite my extensive experience which exceeds the requirements for the position, I felt as though the interviewer was focused on doubting my qualifications and ability rather than assessing my fit for the role.
