After having a screening call with the recruiter, I had 5 interviews - with hiring manager, peers, skip level manager, country manager, cross-functional team and, and then 2 core value interviews.

I'm still in the process but so far the recruiter is very transparent and communication is good. Interviewers are mixed though - they're asking right questions, but reactions are hard to read, sometimes seem disengaged and are just taking notes.
Didn't seem like they took it seriously.
Very long wait between recruiter reaching out and scheduling first interview - took 2 months to do that. Manager didn't seem to take the interview seriously and kept it casual and even complained about the workplace.

Interview
I underwent 7 interviews - recruiter, hiring manager, 4 teammates, 1 'neutral' culture interview. All were virtual or via phone. There was no homework assignment. After a rejection, the recruiters also schedule ANOTHER call to let you down nicely.
