The first interview was a a behavioral Interview on campus where they asked about how I would respond to certain situations. the second interview was at their company headquarters with a similar style of questions. The second interview also required the interviewees to prepare a presentation. The company seemed very clique-y where your possibilities for growth are controlled only by who you know.

Very organized and a smooth process. The interviewees were nice and friendly. The questions were not difficult and easy to answer. The interview was described and then questions were asked and answered.
