Very in depth. Gave situational questions, asked my experience in them. Asked for examples of my specific contributions, actions and endeavors. Did not want to hear about team experience, but rather my role and experience.

Question 1
Give an example of when you were met with a significant challenge and tell us what you did to overcome the challenge and what was the outcome. And also a challenge that I did not perform as well as I should/could have.
Did an assessment and wrote about my reasons for wanting to work with the company. It was not bad at all, and I got an offer for the position. Remember to ask about salary because it hard to get promote within the company.

Interview
For remote position there were Two interviews, first one is answering questions while video recording. You are given the option on each question to record your response three times before submitting. Second interview was over the phone.
