I had an initial screening call with a Recruiter. Then within a week or so, I spoke to a team member and completed a couple of assessments - personality profile and general ability (including one timed assessment - recognising patterns, math skills such as calculating %...). Each interview was 30-45 mins. I was not progressed to further rounds but was offered a feedback call with the Recruiter and also with the assessment team. Overall positive candidate experience, I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout the whole process. I did not feel like they would rush the process, quite the opposite, the focus was on quality. The time investment is quite high on the candidate's side though.
