Very efficient, 4 stage process. Conversation both with HR and the main director. They focus on your personality as well as technical skills. The whole process lasted around 2 months

HVAC systems design, Loads in Buildings and general motivation to work for Altanova.
Applied online and got scheduled for a phone interview. After the first phone interview, I did not receive any updates. I emailed few weeks later and they replied that they've moved on with another candidate.

Interview
I applied online, through a job posting website. And around 1-2 weeks later, I received an email for a link to Wonderlic assessment tool. It's a website for some quick respond questions and behavioral questions(just multiple choice for how much you agree with the description)
after the assessment is the interview.
