I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Express (Coral Springs, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
After receiving an invitation to complete an online interview I was invited to attend a meet and greet with the leadership team. The same day i received a call to be scheduled for a final interview after speaking with the recruiter and agreeing to meet for the final interview i received another call asking for me to re take the online assessment because they had no record of it. The next day I received a call from the manager stating that they had found my assessment score and it was unsatisfactory and they could not move forward with the final interview. Extremely disappointing because no one seemed to have a clue of what was going on. Normally if you don't pass the assessment you know right away and they don't invite you for a greet and meet.
