I am currently in progress of interviewing and have only interviewed with my coordinator. They asked very basic getting to know you questions for the first interview and if was willing to relocate.

First, it's a phone interview from HR recruiter. Then followed by F2F Interview by hiring manager and another manager. Second interview is a few role plays with the decision maker. May ask about what make Amex different.

Easy and straightforward. I had to act very corporate and the questions where somewhat basic. No questions that were complicated or misleading. Several people where on the interview panel. I would recommend if you are looking for a corporate easy straightforward job. Might be soul crushing but you get payed well for it.
