Was a pretty clean and seamless process, though it took a bit of time. American Express has a very solid process that consists of a competancy based interview where questions are more on real life situations and how one handled them. Helps in separating the rice from the chaff.

had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
