There were 3 stages. The first phone interview was with their talent acquisition team to talk about motivation. The second interview (by phone) was with the Hiring Lead to go through the job and my previous experiences. Competency-based questions. The third interview was conducted by the Hiring Lead and a stakeholder. I was asked to do a short presentation.
It was 1 interview per week. One of the best experiences doing interviews because they were responsive and you know where you stand with them.
