Short and not conversational. Was a bit disappointed in the language barrier as she did not understand a lot of my questions. Ended up pulling my name from the process.

Lots of stages within the process. I myself reached stage 4 (of what I believe was a 6 stage process), 2 of which were tasks which took a significant amount of time to produce. Long waits between stages too. Could have been handled with more agility and efficiency.
