Applied online and was contacted by HR for a screening. HR went through my experiences from my resume and salary expectations. The following week I was scheduled for an interview where I presented past work (2 case studies) with a senior designer and product manager.

It was pretty quick fire round with limited time to explain the details. Much of the questions was regarding the people management surprisingly. Design related stuff was also asked proportinately

3 step interview process. First one seemed like a culture fit. Second was more technical and last one was a presentation. First two went well but the last person seemed totally uninterested in the whole process and just looked distracted/ bored the whole time. Very unprofessional
