Interview
I had two phone interviews and an onsite interview where I met with 5 individuals. It was mainly behavioral type questions. Pretty standard. The people at Amex are very friendly and intelligent. The company culture is very open and relaxed, and there is a real big emphasis on work life balance. Advice is to really ask a lot of questions and show that you are truly interested in the position. Get as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision. Be prepared and know how your work experience / education can fit in line with the position and the organization's goals.

Interview was all online, and took about 30 minutes to do. There was not even a person, it was just online prompts asking me questions. I'm sure they had a ton of applicants, being the New York Location. I

It was mostly behavioral for first round 30 minute interview. Second interview was 30 min behavioral and then another 30 min technical. They asked basically just about the company and how they make money. things of that sort.

Mainly behavioral. Know about the company and how they make money. Research the position and know what is involved in the day to day. Speak to as many people involved with the role as possible.
