I applied online. I interviewed at American Express (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2012
Interview
Interviewed with peers first, and they usually ask technical questions to verify that I have the experience and skills to perform the responsibilities of the job. There are usually 5-8 questions, and the interview lasts roughly one hour. The second interview was with the hiring leader with asks more personality type questions to see how I would fit in with the team, and interact with stakeholders.

Interview
