Virtual interview, focused on skills and a lot on personal information -religion, church attendance, political beliefs, etc. The Interviewer seemed very stressed. From what I have heard, there are at least three rounds of interviews before an offer including a group interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Philanthropic (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2021
Interview
They required three interviews and a small research project as part of the entire interview process. This is a bit much for a junior position, but I understand wanting to be guarded about company culture. The biggest issue was pay transparency. We discussed my salary requirements in the first interview, and the interviewer acknowledged my requirements; however, the offer letter they sent me was $20k less than discussed, with no room for flexibility. My experience may not be indicative of the typical hiring process, but I got the impression that this business suffers from a significant lack of organization and communication.

I interviewed at American Philanthropic (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
First round phone call
Second round phone call with supervisor
I was asked a series of pre planned questions, it was very structured. The lady was very nice but it seemed her whole job was first round interviews so it was seamless.
