Anzu Global interview questions

Phone call with Anzu Global representative followed by a phone call with my boss, followed by an on-site interview with 4 of my future coworkers. The interview by phone was very easy because they just wanted to test my ability to solve problems, they asked me how I would test a fan. I responded in the most structured and simple way I could and they notice I had what they wanted. The group interview was just to test personality and problem-solving skills.
