I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio
Interview
Applied on-line via the Appirio site for several positions I thought I was a candidate for. Was contacted from a recruiter there was an interest. Had initial interview with recruiter to understand my background and experience, what you I want to do, compensation (current/desired) at a high-level - no technical questions here. Was passed on the the phone interview phase. Had three calls - senior technical consultant, engagement manager lead, project manager lead. These were 30 minute calls to understand my experience and how I would handle certain situations - no crazy questions. From my perspective, first 2 calls went really well - good conversation and positive feedback, third call not as well. Was informed after the third call I would not move on to the next phase. Unfortunately, I have lots of PM experience and SFDC experience, but not large SFDC deployments I could reference, so that was the area sited for not moving forward. If I would have had that, feel confident I would have moved on.
Overall the process moved along fairly well once you are in it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Ask for an example of a project that went bad, why, how it was addressed, and what I would have done differently if I could do it over.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Appirio
Interview
Telephone interview. 1st stage hr, second stage manager interview. Fairly straight forward. Quite a long process.Simple scenario. For a company that is he/ training based. The feedback they give is very very poor, in fact non existent. Don't bother wasting your time. Not as good Company as the glossy broach idea make out .
