I interviewed at AquaQ Analytics (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Interview
They had an initial interview, then they sent me details to install their software and tested my technical ability to solve problems using their software. Then there was a third stage to talk through my thought process on my solutions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AquaQ Analytics
Interview
Around 3 hours in total but never received any feedback after taking up our time for so long. I was just a nervous wreck and just got so confused with the process, I thought the whole process was a bit of a brass neck, well I felt like that anyway haha. Everyone working there that I spoke with were very sound on and positive, I'm just raging I failed so bad and I mean very bad at the interview, I would love to know the honest opinion of the poor 2 interviewers that had to listen to me and watch as I forgot all interview etiquette and fumbled my hands on the tabletop while sweating nervously. I kept overthinking the first question they asked and the pressure got to me so meh. It was a new format and maybe by now they changed the process a wee bit lol.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked does the order of this statement for a programming language 'Q' matter, would it affect the outcome. I can't remember exactly but it was like that.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AquaQ Analytics (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Mar 2021
Interview
Online application, followed by a decently lengthy take-home assessment, which is followed by a 2-stage final interview, the first of which is reviewing your solutions to the take-home assessment and the second which is on more general questions.
I had a good experience with the take-home assessment and very positive feedback during the review of it, but the second stage of the final interview left a lot to be desired. The interviewer gave off the impression that he couldn't be bothered doing an interview and didn't enjoy his work, rather impolite as well.
Requested feedback a few times following the news that I wasn't made an offer, but got no response every time.
